May 4, 2019: Author-member Cindy Callaghan won the Agatha Award for Best Children’s / YA for her book, Potion Problems. This is the second year in a row that Cindy has won this award!


Author-member, Lisa Regan’s Josie Quinn series sold half a million copies in its first year (2018). Vanishing Girls had over 200,000 sales, and the remaining available 3 books made up the rest. Our congratulations to Lisa!

Donna Huston Murray’s second Lauren Beck mystery/crime novel, GUILT TRIP, won Honorable Mention in Genre Fiction from Reader’s Digest.

Donna Huston-Murrays 8th cozy mystery, FOR BETTER OR WORSE, is shortlisted for the Chanticleer International Mystery & Mayhem Book Award.

Donna Huston-Murrays Ginger Barnes cozy mystery FINAL ARRANGEMENTS, set at Philadelphia’s world famous flower show, achieved #1 on the Kindle-store list for Mysteries and Female Sleuths.


October 2015: Donna Huston Murray’s novel, What Doesn’t Kill You (formerly titled Cured . . . But Not Out of Danger) received an Honorable Mention for genre fiction from the Writer’s Digest Self-Published Book Awards and was included in the Smashwords Bouchercon thumb-drive promotion.

Author-member Jane Kelly‘s novel, Missing You in Atlantic City (Plexus Publishing 2014), has won the Silver Medal in the Mid-Atlantic Best Regional Fiction Division of the 2015 Independent Publisher Awards.


January 2014: Caroline (Charles) Todd’s novel, A Matter of Honor, has been nominated for an Agatha Award in the Best Historical category.

Lisa Regan’s second novel, Aberration, has received 4 nominations in the eFestival of Words Best of the Independent eBook Awards for 2014: Best Novel, Best Thriller, Best Villain, and the I’ve Been Shamylaned Award!

Author-member, Lisa Regan‘s, novel, Aberration, won Best Twist in the 2014 eFestival of Words Best of the Independent Book Awards.


March 2013: Author-member KB Inglee’s short story, “Weaver’s Trade,” won second place in the Bethlehem Writers Roundtable Short Story Contest.

Lisa Regan‘s debut novel, Finding Claire Fletcher,  won Best Heroine in the 2013 eFestival of Words Best of the Independent eBook Awards.  It was runner-up for Best Novel.  Digital Book Today selected it as one of the Best Kindle Books of 2013, and in December 2013, it reached number 1 on Amazon’s Kidnapping Crime Fiction Bestseller List.



May 2019: Author-member Shelly Young Bell’s novella, A Very Sisterly Murder, has just been released. It is available as an e-book and a paperback and is a light, fast-read mystery introducing Detective Ann Essex, her sidekick Bill Dancer, and daughter Robin. Now available in Kindle and paperbook on Amazon.

January 18, 2019: Release date for Donna Huston-Murray‘s 7th Ginger Barnes cozy mystery novel, LIE LIKE A RUG. Currently available for pre-order.


January 2018: Author-member Linda Triegel has two new books out on Amazon this month: Civil Blood, her first cozy mystery, written under the pen name Elly Kirsten, and an historical romance, The Prodigal Peer, written under the pen name Elisabeth Kidd.

August 2018: C.B. Murray‘s children’s book, Knick Knack, (set during the Christmas season) was released in August 2018.


February 2017: Author-member KB Inglee’s short story, “Women’s Work,” was accepted for publication by Wildside Press and will be released soon in an anthology titled Day of the Dark.

KB Inglee’s short story, “The Hand of an Angry God,” will be published by Wildside Press in April 2017 in an anthology titled Mystery Most Historical, Malice Domestic.


November 2015: Author-member Donna Huston-Murray‘s latest Lauren Beck crime novel, Guilt Trip, is now available for pre-order. The official publication date is 2/1/16.

April 2016: Author-member KB Inglee‘s The Case Book of Emily Lawrence, an anthology of short historical mysteries, is now available.


July 2015: Matty Dalrymple’s novel, The Sense of Death, is now available in audiobook format.

September 2015: KB Inglee’s short story, “Coverture,” was accepted for publication in the 2016 Malice Domestic Anthology.

October 23, 2015: Author-member Matty Dalrymple‘s second Ann Kinnear Suspense Novel, The Sense of Reckoning, was released in October 2015.

Author-member, Gus Cileone‘s novel, Out of the Picture, is available in Kindle and Nook formats.

Author-member KB Inglee‘s short story, “The Devil’s Quote,” has been published in the historic mysteries anthology, And All Our Yesterdays, Darkhouse Books.

Author-member Matty Dalrymple‘s novel, The Sense of Death, is available in audiobook format.

Sandra Carey Cody‘s Jennie Connors mystery, Consider the Lilly, is now available.


Released in January 2014: South Philly Fiction, containing Augustus Cileone’s short story, First Death,” the tale of a grown man looking back with nostalgia and humor on his first encounter with death, his grandmother’s funeral.

Lisa Regan’s third novel, Hold Still, was self-published in March 2014 and acquired 2 months later by Thomas & Mercer/Amazon for its 2014 publication list. The company has also granted Lisa an option for publication of her next book.

July 2014: Author-member Cindy Callaghan’s latest book, Lucky Me, has been released by Simon & Schuster. Lucky Me, as well as Cindy’s first two books, Just Add Magic and Lost in London, is written for “tweens.”

The latest Bess Crawford mystery, An Unwilling Accomplice, (written by Charles Todd, the writing team composed of author-member Caroline Stafford and her son) was released on August 12, 2014.

Released in November 2014: Elena Santangelos novel, Double Cross, a Christmas mystery set in West Texas (and the third in her Twins Mystery Series), is now available in paperback as well as Kindle and Nook.

Released in August 2014: Elena Santangelo’s short-story collection titled Short Cuts to Mayhem is now available in paperback.

Jane Kelly’s novel, Missing You in Atlantic City, is now available in e-book format.


March 2013: Congratulations to author-member KB Inglee.  KB Inglee’s short story, “Weaver’s Trade,” has won second place in the Bethlehem Writers Roundtable Short Story Contest and will be published in the May 2013 edition of Bethlehem Writers Roundtable.

October 2013: Two new releases by Donna Huston-Murray: Dying for a Vacation, a new classic mystery set in a French chateau, and A Score to Settle, the 5th Ginger Barnes cozy about football and family.


Released October 2012: Donna Huston Murray‘s CURED…but not out of danger, A Lauren Beck Crime Novel, available in paperback or e-book at Amazon, B&N, and all e-formats at Smashwords. Also, Murray’s first four Ginger Barnes Main Line mysteries are now available in e-book format. No Bones About It (#4) is available in paperback, as well.
